WEATHERFORD, LONNIE O'NEAL
A resident of Hammond, he died Friday, Feb. 18, 2000, at his home. He was 75 and 
a native of Quebec, La. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II. Visitation 
at Ebenezer Baptist Church from 9 a.m. until religious services at 1 p.m. 
Saturday. VFW graveside service at Johnson Cemetery. Survived by his wife, Lois 
Weatherford, Hammond; three daughters, Judy Fusilier, Hammond, Linda Mayers, 
Tickfaw, and Pam Smith, Loranger; a son, Lonnie Ray Weatherford, Tickfaw; a 
sister, Macey Allan Weatherford Wheeler, Hebert; eight grandchildren; and three 
great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents; two sisters; and four 
brothers. Memorial donations may be made to Dr. J. Brooks Cancer Resource Center, 
Alton Ochsner Medical Foundation, Division of Philanthropy, 9001 Summa Ave.,
Baton Rouge, LA 70809. Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, Hammond, in charge of 
arrangements.
