WEBBER, JOE II
Joe Webber II, 60, died Tuesday, April 22, 2003, in Hammond.  He was a native of 
Hammond and a truck driver.  Survivors include two daughters, Martha L. Conley 
of Hammond and Kenya M. Webber of Bakersfield, Calif.; two sons, Jose Webber III 
of Hammond and Michael Webber of Bakersfield; one brother, Hollis Webber Sr. of 
Hammond; and 10 grandchildren.  His parents preceded him in death.  The Rev. 
Morris Payne conducted the funeral today at 11 a.m. Burial was in Holly Gardens 
Cemetery, Hammond.  Richardson Funeral Home, Hammond, was in charge.

WEBRE, BARBARA VOISIN
A resident of Tickfaw and native of Charenton, she died Thursday, Dec. 23, 1999, 
at North Oaks Medical Center, Hammond. She was 53. Visiting will be at Harry 
McKneely & Son Funeral Home, Hammond, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday and from 
8 a.m. until 11 a.m. Monday. Religious services will follow at the funeral home 
chapel at 11 a.m. Monday, conducted by the Rev. Jason Meaux. She is survived by 
her husband, Donald Webre, Tickfaw; one daughter, Paula Philebar, Florence, Miss.; 
two sons, Donald Webre Jr., Gonzales, and Paul Webre Sr., Albany; four sisters, 
Sadie Robbins, Tickfaw, Mary Jane Folend, Carl, Texas, Linda Webre, Tickfaw, and 
Junita Voisin, Berwick; five brothers, Andrew Columbus Voisin, Beaumont, Texas, 
Sheldon Columbus Voisin, Patterson, Joe Voisin, Berwick, Peter Voisin, Patterson, 
and Jimmy Voisin, Houma; and eight grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her 
parents, Columbus and Alvida Verrett Voisin; one sister, Gertruded Laborde; and 
four brothers, Junius, Donald, Glynn and Ervin Voisin.

S. F. Webre, 49, of Hammond, died Saturday in New Orleans.  Funeral Monday in 
New Orleans; interment in St. Louis Cemetery No. 3, New Orleans.  A native of 
St. John the Baptist parish, lived in Hammond past 12 years.  Leaves a daughter, 
Mrs. Kenneth Graham; one son, S. F. Webre, Jr; a wife, the former Miss Pauline 
Mermillod; two sisters, Mrs. Bourgeois and Mrs. Hymel; one brother, Ferdinand 
Webre.
