He was a native of Hammond and a truck driver. Survivors include two daughters, Martha L. Conley of Hammond and Kenya M. Webber of Bakersfield, Calif.; two sons, Jose Webber III of Hammond and Michael Webber of Bakersfield; one brother, Hollis Webber Sr. of Hammond; and 10 grandchildren. His parents preceded him in death. The Rev. Morris Payne conducted the funeral today at 11 a.m. Burial was in Holly Gardens Cemetery, Hammond.
