Fifty-one year old Linda Watts Weber was born November 25, 1985. She was a resident of Hammond, LA where she was residing before her death. She was the daughter of the late L.S. Watts and Pinkie Banks Watts. Her husband Willie Weber Jr. also preceded her in death. She leaves to cherish: 3 daughters: Lakita Watts Dotey, India Watts, and Shavonda Watts; 2 sisters: Bobbie Cade and Scherry Jones; 2 brothers: Ellis Watts and Earl Watts; 4 grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She was 88. Beloved wife of the late Rodney L. Weber, Sr. Mother of Rodney L. Weber, Jr. (Aline) and Gwendolyn Normand (Timothy). Daughter of the late Lovia Coussou and Lena LaBauve Coussou. Sister of Elmo Coussou and the late Herbert Coussou. Grandmother of Suzanne Gardner, Rodney L. Weber III, Holly Sider and Timothy Normand II. Great grandmother of Emily and Erin Gardner, Mazie Duhe, Chance Smith and Nevaeh Normand. Mrs. Weber was a former resident of Harahan and Hammond, LA. She was a retiree of South Central Bell, a lifetime member of the American Legion, a member of the RSVP Club in Bay St. Louis and was also a member of the Ochsner's Golden Opportunities. The family would like to give thanks to the staff of St. Joseph's Hospice in Bay St. Louis, MS and a special thanks to Meghan, Brenda, Buddy, Radonna, Haley and Truly. He was born on Aug. 23, 1952. He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Elizabeth Weber. He has been an OPTIONS client since 1985 and worked for some time on the OPTIONS cleaning crew at the Southeastern Louisiana University Student Union and at the Lab School. Most recently, he worked in the OPTIONS horticulture program. Mr. Weber is survived by a cousin, Ethel Brupbacher, Baton Rouge; and his friends at Fortenberry House, Danny Berthaut, Steven Boyle, Pat Dailey, Lawrence Lockwood and Colt Threadgill. He attended First United Presbyterian Church in Hammond. Visitation at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, Hammond, on Saturday from 9 a.m. until service at 11 a.m., conducted by the Rev. James Stayton. Burial in Rose Memorial Cemetery, Hammond. Friends will gather at Fortenberry House following the ceremonies.
