WEDERSTRANDT, OLIVE FITZGERALD BERNE
Loranger - Olive Fitzgerald Berne Wederstrandt, 80, Loranger, died Friday, Dec. 
22, 2000, at North Oaks Medical Center in Hammond.  She was a native of 
Madisonville.  Survivors include four daughters, Joyce Prevost, Hammond, Eileen 
Landry, Springfield, and Freddie Painting and Judy Dunnington, both of Loranger; 
and eight grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her first husband, Fred 
Berne, her second husband, H.B. Wederstrandt; two brothers, Johnny Fitzgeraldand 
Bill Fitzgerald; and five sisters, Bertie Dunnington, Louise Dunnington, Edna 
Thompson, Daisy Varga and Inez Cooper.  Visitation will be at Geisler Funeral 
Home in Hammond today from 9 a.m. until the funeral at 1 p.m.  The Rev. Louis 
Husser will conduct the service, and burial will be at Pilgrim Rest, north of 
Covington.
