A native of Hammond, he passed away Saturday, April 17, 2004, in Mobile in an automobile accident. He is survived by his parents of Hammond; and his paternal grandfather and stepgrandmother, Tommy and Fannie Welford of Citronelle, Ala. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, April 21, 2004, at 2 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church in Hammond. Interment in Rose Memorial Cemetery, Hammond. Brad was a loving son, grandson, nephew and friend to all who knew him. He will be sadly missed. Arrangements handled by Geisler Funeral Home, Hammond. A native of Hammond, he is survived by his parents, Jayne and Win Welford of Hammond, as well as his grandfather, Tommy Welford, and step- grandmother, Fannie Welford, both of Citronelle. His maternal grandparents, Iola Cooper Stacey and Otis Braxton Stacey, and his paternal grandmother, Vivian Blackburn Welford, preceded him in death. A religious service will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church. Burial will be at Rose Memorial Cemetery.
