She was 70. Visiting at Welsh Funeral Home, 6700 Florida Blvd., on Tuesday, Sept. 6, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Visiting at Zoar Baptist Church on Wednesday, Sept. 7, from 9 a.m. until service at 11 a.m., conducted by Dr. Kevin Hand. Interment in the church cemetery. Survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Austin F. "Rick" and Angela Westbrook and William R. "Bob" and Terri Westbrook; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Tina and Cecil Mills and Sylvia and Aubrey Harrell; four brothers and three sisters- in-law, Wayne and Dottie Jenkins, Otis Jenkins, Terry and Mary Jenkins and Reggie "Pete" and Mary Jenkins; three grandchildren, Lance Cpl. William R. Westbrook II, Tyler P. Westbrook and Austin F. Westbrook II; expected grandchild, Ashton William Chauncey Westbrook; godchildren, Reggie Jenkins II and Morgan Jenkins; and many loving nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her father, Wilford James Jenkins; mother, Maggie Lillian Thomas Jenkins; and husband, William C. Westbrook. Pallbearers will be Lance Cpl. William R. Westbrook II, Tyler P. Westbrook, Reggie Jenkins II, Sgt. Roberts Mills of the Louisiana State Police, Keith Mills, Morgan Jenkins and Chase Pino. She was a graduate of LSU, past president of Louisiana Dietetic Association, public volunteer to many organizations, was devoted to CASA and a longtime member of Zoar Baptist Church. Interment in Amite Memorial Gardens, Amite. Survived by three daughters, Joyce Graves, Ruth Zaffuto and Ruby Burch, all of Amite; two sons, Charles Westbrook, Baton Rouge, and James Westbrook, Pine Bluff, Ark.; two sisters, Dorothy Marcus, Amite, and Katherine Rice, Greenville, Miss.; 15 grandchildren; and four great-grand- children. Preceded in death by her husband, J.W.
