WILCOMBE, BEATRICE SETTOON
Mrs. R.O. Wilcombe, 90, died Thursday, Dec. 7, in New Orleans.  She was a 
resident of New Orleans and a former resident of Hammond.  Religious services 
were held Saturday at 9:30 a.m. at Christ Episcopal Church, New Orleans.  
Burial was in Greenlawn Cemetery Hammond.  She is survived by a brother, Dudley 
K. Settoon, Amite.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Wilcombe, of 
Hammond.

WILCOMBE, JOHN E.
John E. Wilcombe, 74, died Sunday in Hammond.  Born 6 Dec 1857 in Braggville, 
MA; came to Hammond at age 5; son of Joseph D. Wilcombe; married Helen Fannie 
Ingalls 10 Feb 1878.  Survived by widow and following children:  Arthur E. 
Wilcombe, Roy O. Wilcombe, G. Lawrence Wilcombe, Postmaster Adrian I. Wilcombe, 
Douglass L. Wilcombe and Mrs. Lucille McGee; nine grandchildren.  Funeral was 
Monday; interment Grace Episcopal Church cemetery.
