She was born Monday, Feb. 1, 1932, in Portland, Ore. Mrs. Witcher was the choir director for 30 years at the Hungarian Presbyterian Church in Albany. Surviving are her husband, James D. Witcher; son, Kern Witcher, of Lacombe; five grandchildren, Christopher Witcher, James "Jay" Witcher, Jessica Witcher, Jarret Witcher and Janson Witcher; great- granddaughter, Gabrelle "Gabby" Witcher; and two sisters, Colleen McClure and Janice Villarreal. Preceded in death by her parents, Christina Vetter and Wallace T. Miller; and daughter, Vanita Kathleen Witcher. Friends will be received on Friday, Dec. 4, at the Hungarian Presbyterian Church in Albany from 10 a.m. until the funeral service at 11 a.m. Interment in the Hungarian Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
