Born Jan. 3, 1915, to Mr. and Mrs. William W. Addison, she was 93. She was a homemaker and an artist who loved nature and genealogy. She was a member of the Colonial Dames and the Daughters of the American Colonists. She was active in the Baton Rouge arts community for many years, and her interest and ability to evaluate art led her to establish an art gallery in Baton Rouge. She was one of the founders of the Louisiana Art and Artist Guild, She was a member for many years of the Art Adventure Club and Baton Rouge Arts and Craft. Many years ago was a volunteer and "candy striper" at the Baton Rouge General Hospital. She is survived by a host of nieces and nephews which include: Isabel Jewel Addison, of Baton Rouge, Barbara Jourdonnais, of San Francisco, Lelia Pellichino, of Ponchatoula, Frances Woods Curry and Dorcas Woods Brown, both of St. Francisville, Edna Woods Ferguson, and Jonathan C. Campbell, M.D., both of Natchez, James F. Caston, of Covington, James W. McKnight III, of Ponchatoula, and William Grady Addison, of San Francisco; and three wonderful caregivers, Patricia Lundy, Wanda Jenkins and Jennie Green.
