She is survived by one son, Conrad Wyre Jr. of New Orleans; four daughters, Beatrice Wyre Brumfield, Helen Wyre Robinson, both of Kentwood, Louise Wyre Winters and Norma W. Norah; 41 grandchildren; 93 great-grandchildren and 33 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother, Ada Jones; her father, Charlie Jones; one son, Charles Edward Wyre; and one daughter, Ola Mae Wyre Burton. Visitation will be Saturday at Sweethome Baptist Church, Kentwood, from 9 until the Rev. Lee Allen Pounds conducts the funeral at 11 a.m. Burial will be in the church cemetery. She was a school crossing guard for 27 years. Survivors include two daughters, Burnadean Wyre Warren and Cynthia Wyre Hunter; two sons, Bertran Wyre Jr. and Arthell Wyre; five sisters, Effie Lee Gilmore, Christine Brown, Ada Wyre, Cora S. Cooper and Idella Gibson; 12 grandchildren and 13 great- grandchildren. Visitation will be today from 3 to 6 p.m. at Crain and Son Funeral Home, 809 E. Third St., Bogalusa.
