Visiting at Living Faith Christian Center on Saturday, May 23, from 9 a.m. until service at 10:30 a.m., conducted by Bishop Raymond W. Johnson. Burial in Southern Memorial Gardens. Survived by two daughters, Pamela Sensley and husband Booker T., and Jacqueline Burton and husband Augustus Jr., all of Baton Rouge; a son, Melvin Brown and wife Eva, of Baker; two brothers, Dallas Butler, of Memphis, Tenn., and Charles Butler Sr., of Richmond, Calif.; 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandchild; and a host of other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by her parents, Erie and Rosa Butler; a son, Reginald Brown; husband, James Zeno; first husband and father of her children, Richard Brown; sisters, Opheila Labrane, Mable Jackson, Florence Barnett and Katie Simms; brothers, O'Neal, Plassie, Ivory, Burnell and Morris Butler; a granddaughter, LeKeisha Nicole Brown; and nieces and nephews.
