To any Justice of the Peace or Minister of the Gospel
Legally authorized to celebrate marriage ceremonies in said parish and 
state.

You are hereby authorized and empowered by authority of this License, 
to celebrate the Rite of Matrimony between GEORGE BICKFORD of the 
Parish of Tangipahoa and ANNIE HUTCHINSON of the Parish of Tangipahoa 
State of Louisiana. And that you make due return according to law. 

Give under my official signature and the impress of my seal of office 
this 8th day of February 1910.

CERTIFICATE
I, the undersigned Minister of the Gospel, hereby certify that I have 
this day celebrated the marriage ceremony between GEORGE BICKFORD and 
ANNIE HUTCHINSON, and caused them to sign these presents in the 
presence of JESSE RIDGEL, ED BICKFORD, AND LILLIAN MAY, legal 
witnesses, on this the 12th day of February 1910.

License, and to who he is to be married, within the degree prohibited 
by Act No. 9 of the General Assembly of Louisiana, approved June 5, 
1902.
