To Any Justice of the Peace or Minister of the Gospel Legally Authorized to 
Celebrate Marriage Ceremonies in Said Parish and State:

You are hereby authorized and empowered by authority of this License to 
celebrate the Rite of Matrimony between MR. WALKER JOHNSON, 34 years of age, 
of the Parish of Tangipohoa, La. And MRS. NELLIE BICKFORD, 38 years of age, 
of the Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana. And that you make due return 
according to law.

Given under my official signature and the impress of my seal of officer, this
15th day of August 1918.
