You are hereby authorized and empowered by authority of this License, 
to celebrate the Rite of Matrimony between EDDIE BICKFORD of the Parish 
of Tangipahoa and MISS RUBY JORDAN of the Parish of Tangipahoa State of 
Louisiana. And that you make due return according to law.
