Celebrate Marriage Ceremonies in said State and Parish:

You are hereby authorized and empowered by authority of this License to 
celebrate the Rite of Matrimony between LEROY K. MITCHELL 22 years of age, 
of the Parish of Livingston, State of Louisiana and LUCILLE BICKFORD, 18 
years of age, of the Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana. And that you 
make due return according to law.
