SIXTEENTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT
PARISH OF TANGIPAHOA

TO ANY JUDGE JUSTICE OF THE PEACE OR MINISTER OF THE GOSPEL, Legally authorized 
to celebrate marriage ceremonies in said Parish and State:
You are hereby authorized and empowered by authority of this License, to 
celebrate the Rite of matrimony between MR. HENRY BICKFORD of the Parish of 
Tangipahoa, La. And MISS NELLIE PETTITT of the Parish of Tangipahoa State of 
Louisiana. And that you make due return according to law. 

Given under my officer signature and the impress of my seal of office this 
10th day of Dec. 1898.

I, the undersigned, MINISTER OF THE GOSPEL, do hereby certify that I have
