To Celebrate Marriage Ceremonies in Said Parish and State:

You are hereby authorized and empowered by authority of this License to
Celebrate the Rite of Matrimony between Eugene Wall, 22 years of age,
Of the parish of Tangipahoa, La., and Ida Raiford, 20 years of age, of
The parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana.
 
And that you make due return according to law.

Assembly of Louisiana, approved June 5, 1902.

I, the undersigned Rev. A.L. Baziel do hereby certify that I have this day 
celebrated the Marriage between Mr. Eugene Guy Wall and Ida Rayford and 
caused them to sign These presents in the presence of the undersigned three 
(3) legal witnesses on the 10th day of March, A.D. 1913.
