OF LOUISIANA You are hereby authorized and empowered by authority of this 
License, to celebrate the Rite of Matrimony between GEORGE BICKFORD, 28  
years of age, of the PARISH OF TANGIPAHOA, La. And MISS MAUDIE WELSH, 14 
years of age, of the PARISH OF TANGIPAHOA, STATE OF LOUISIANA. 
And that you make due return according to law. 

Given under my official signature and the impress of my seal of office this 
13th day of September 1916.
