Prentiss Atkins Castle, Sr.

Funeral services for Prentiss Castle, 74, were held on February 11, 2001
at the Newellton Union Church.

Interment was in the Legion Memorial Cemetery in Newellton.

Mr. Castle, was born September 8, 1926, to Sterling Jack and Mona Castle.

He died on February 9, 2001 at Monroe, La.

He is survived by his wife, Anne Ray Castle of St. Joseph; two sons,
Prentiss A. Castle, Jr., of Lafayette; and Ralph Ray Castle of 
Pensacola, Florida; one daughter Susan Hampton Castle of Baton Rouge;
three grandchildren.
