Marie Hill Cooper

Funeral services for Mrs. Marie Hill Cooper, of St. Joseph, Louisiana, 
were held Sunday April 1, 2001,at Guildfield Missionary Baptist Church.
Internment was in Union Fraternal Cemetery.

Mrs. Cooper died on March 26, 2001 at her home in St. Joseph. She was
78 years of age.  She was born on May 22, 1922 to the late Louis and 
Annie J. Hill.

She was preceded in death by her husband Ezell Cooper; three sisters;
one stepson and son-in-law.

Survivors include nine children:Sheria Cooper of Los Angeles, Cali-
fornia; Gloria Wilson and Delores Guice of Las Vegas, Nevada; Steve 
Cooper of Fresno, California; Carolyn C. Turner and Marilyn Cooper 
of St. Joseph;  Brenda Brown of Monroe; Delvin Cooper of St. Joseph 
and Gary Cooper of Las Vegas, Nevada.

She is also survived by four sisters; thirty-three grandchildren and 
thirty great grandchildren.
