Martha D. "Boots" Gentry 

  Graveside services for Miss Martha D "Boots" Gentry, 82, of 
Natchez, Mississippi were held on Tuesday, July 29, 2003 in 
the Legion Memorial Cemetery in Newellton. 
Father Walter Brown officiated.
  Miss Gentry died Sunday, July 27 in the Olive Branch Senior 
Care Center in Tallulah.
She was born in Newellton and had lived in Natchez for the 
last 35 years.
  Miss Gentry was preceded in death by her brother, Fred 
Austin Gentry.
  Miss Gentry is survived by four sisters; Lela Wiggins of 
Vidalia, Gwen"Lady" Tindell of St. Joseph, Mary Ann Netterville 
and Lynn Thompson, both of Tallulah; one brother, Johnny Smith 
of Newellton and a cousin Mary Frances Coronis of Monroe.
