Lydia Elizabeth Hawsey

  Funeral services were held June 15, 2001 at the First
Baptist church with internment in Herrington Church 
Cemetery in Montecello.

  Mrs. Hawsey died Wednesday, June 13, 2001 at the Madison 
Parish Hospital in Tallulah.

  She was preceded in death by her husband James Lester Hawsey,
Sr.; a daughter, two sisters, a brother, a grandson and a 
great grandson.

  She is survived by three sons, James Lester Hawsey, Jr. of 
St. Joseph; Ronald William Hawsey of Winnsboro; Larry Paul 
Hawsey of Atlanta, Ga.; two daughters, Jo Anne Henderson of 
Bastrop and Elise Wally of Tallulah; five sisters, Ina Lee 
Grammer, of New Orleans; Julia Sorenson of Bryan, Tx; Ruth 
Junot of Hammond; Delma Cassaro, Bryan, Tx. and Faye Albrecht 
of Reserve, La.; fourteen grandchildren, sixteen great grand
children and one great,great,grandchild.
