Noble Moses, Sr.

     Funeral services were held November 8, 2003, for 
Noble Moses.  He was born December 21, 1924 to the 
late Willie and Maggie Moses.  

     He was preceded in death by five brothers, Rothchild 
Moses, Walter Moses, Willie Moses, Leon Moses, Lawrence 
Moses; and by two sisters Mary Moses and Maggie Moses.

     Mr. Moses died November 2, 2003, at his residence.

     Mr. Moses is survived by his wife Katie Moses, his 
mother-in-law, Clara South, both of Newellton; three sons, 
Edward James Strother, Noble Moses, Jr. both of Houston, 
Texas and Henry Moses of Tallulah; four daughters, Osie 
Straughter of Fort Worth, Texas, Mary L Addison, and Kaylon 
James both of Houston, Texas, Dawan Cephus of Newellton; 
four grandchildren whom he reared and twenty-four other 
grandchildren; and twenty-four great grandchildren.
