Mrs. Samantha Muse
Newellton -  Services for Mrs. Samantha Muse, 88, will be at 10 a.m. 
Wednesday in the Flowers Landing Baptist Church with the Rev. Newton 
Smith officiating.

Burial will be in Legion Memorial Cemetery in Newellton under the 
direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home.

Mrs. Muse died Monday in Franklin Parish Hospital after a short illness.  

She was a Leesville native and a member of Flowers Landing Baptist Church.

Survivors include three sons, Horace Muse, Brodia Muse and Hollis Muse all
of Newellton; one daughter, Mrs. Mary Lou Martin of Port Isabel, Texas; one
sister, Mrs. Stella Nelson of Leesville; 19 grandchildren; and 14 great-
grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be C.O. Acker Jr., Buddy Muse, Gene Hawk, Charlie Colvin,
Jimmy Vines and Frank Davis Sr.

The body will be in the Flowers Landing Church until time of services.
