Mary Logue Newman

Funeral services were held for Mrs. Mary Logue Newman of St. Joseph,
on April 21 at Young's Funeral Home in Ferriday. Internment was at
Legion Memorial Cemetery in Newellton.  She died April in Vicksburg,
Mississippi. Mrs. Newman was 71 years of age.

Mrs. Newman was preceded in death by her father, Otto A. Logue, Sr.,
her husband Robert Newman, Sr. and a daughter Mary Ann McLeod.

She is survived by her mother Nan A. Black of Vicksburg, step-father
John Black Jr. of Vicksburg, daughter Eula N. Maples of St. Joseph,
sons, Robert Newman, Jr. and James A. Newman both of St. Joseph; two 
brothers, two sisters, five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
