Mary T Owen

     Graveside services for Mrs. Mary 
T. Owen, 77, of Waterproof were held at 
Natchez City Cemetery April 5, 2004. 
Interment followed.

     Mrs. Owen was born October 11, 
1926 and died on April 3, 2004.  She 
served as mayor of Waterproof at one 
time.

     Preceding her in death was her 
husband, John T. Owen; a son John T. 
Owen, Jr.; her parents Levi Tims and 
Bessie Fox Tims; and her sister, Hazel 
Breland.

     Surviving is her son, Brian Owen 
of Silver Creek, Mississippi; a 
daughter, Marsha O. Gill of Shreveport; 
a brother, Leo Tims of Duncan, 
Mississippi, and two grandchildren.
