Bessie Love Poe
     Funeral services for Mrs. Bessie Love Poe, 
age 86, of Newellton were held Monday, January 
14, 2002 at the Newellton Union Church. Burial 
followed in the Legion Memorial Cemetery.
    Mrs. Poe died January 11, 2002 in the 
Parkview Medical Center in Vicksburg.
     She was preceded in death by her husband 
Bill Poe.
     She is survived by one son William Poe 
of Baton Rouge; one daughter Linda Emfinger 
of Newellton four grandchildren, five great 
grandchildren; two great- great- grand-
children; and two loving caretakers.
