Clodell Smith

     Funeral services were held for 
Mrs. Clodell Smith, 91, of Summit, 
Mississippi on May 15, 2004. Interment 
followed at Legion Memorial Cemetery in 
Newellton.  

     Mrs. Smith died on May 12, 2004 in 
McComb, Mississippi.  She was a long 
time resident of St. Joseph.

     Preceding her in death was her 
husband, Myles B. Smith; her father and 
mother, J. A. and Delia Hollis, a 
sister, Barbara H. Gandy and a brother, 
Glen Hollis.

     Surviving are two daughters, 
Carolyn Smith of Summit, Mississippi, 
Amanda S. Rando of Harahan, Louisiana; 
a son, Dr. Blake Smith of Oxford, 
Mississippi; one sister Shirley Hollis 
Byars of Camden, Arkansas and five 
grandchildren.
