John P. Wiley
     Funeral services for Mr. John P. Wiley, 56, of St. Joseph 
were held Tuesday, October 9 at First Baptist Church.  Interment was 
at Legion Memorial Cemetery in Newellton.
     Mr. Wiley died October 6 at Riverland Medical Center in 
Ferriday.
     Survivors include his daughter, Janet K Barton of St. Joseph; 
brothers Michael Wiley of Indiana and Harry Cline of Florida; a 
sister Elizabeth Hausen of Florida and nieces and nephews.
