LeRoy Williams

      Funeral services for Mr. LeRoy 
Williams, 67, of Newellton were held, 
March 30, 2004 at the First Baptist 
Church in Newellton.  Interment 
followed in the Legion Memorial 
Cemetery in Newellton.

     Mr. Williams died March 28, 2004 
in the Franklin Medical Center in 
Winnsboro.  He was born in Natchez, 
Mississippi.

     Surviving are his wife Johnnie Sue 
Williams of Newellton; four daughters, 
Ellen McCowin of Hebert, Frances Gintz 
of Ball, Judy Henley of Florence, 
Mississippi and Brenda Loyd of 
Newellton; one brother, Charles 
Williams of Chicago, Illinois; three 
sisters, Billie Marie Hodges of Baton 
Rouge, Margaret McKay of Cincinnati, 
Ohio and Gwen Williams of Meridian, 
Mississippi; eleven grandchildren and 
six great children.
