Buck Last Will & Testament, Tensas Parish,Louisiana Enola Plantation Nov.25th, 1890 Being sound in mind, but knowing the uncertainty of life, I write this my last will & testament I appoint my nephew S.D. Watson my executor to carry out all the bequests of my will & expressly stipulate that he shall not be required to give any bond; To my beloved wife Kate A Buck - I give and bequeath as a token of my appreciation of her love & kindness before marriage twenty five hundred dollars - to each of my three nieces Mrs. Mollie Briscoe, Linda Watson and Katherine Buck & my nephew Wm.H. Buck Jr twenty five hundred dollars - and to my five step children each one hundred dollars, to the Baptist, Presbyterian, Methodist and Catholic churches each one hundred dollars, and one hundred dollars to some orphan asylum for children.
