Andrepont. The camp, which will house about 250 German prisoners who will assist in the harvesting of the sugar cane crop, is privately owned. It has been approved by the war department and is owned and constructed at the expense of the Southcoast company, who made the contract for the employment of the prisoners, the agent said. The building will be ready today or tomorrow, he stated.
