         Magnus Eschete Jr. of Chauvin announces the engagement of his daughter,
     Michelle Renee McNeil, to John Frederick Terrebonne, son of Mr. and Mrs.
     Herbert Terrebonne of Houma.
         The couple will exchange vows at 5p.m. Saturday, Dec. 8, 2001, at Victory
     Christian Center.
         The future bride is a 1987 graduate of South Terrebonne High School.
         The future groom is a graduate of Terrebonne Christian Academy.

         Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Joseph Richard announce the engagement of their
     daughter, Mary Grace Richard, to Alex Bernard Gravois, son of Mr.
and Mrs.
     Albert Anthony Gravois.
         The couple will exchange vows on Friday, Dec. 21, 2001, at St. Joseph
     Co-Cathedral Catholic Church in Thiibodaux.
         She is the granddaughter of Marie L. Legendre of Thibodaux and the late
     Waldo S. Legendre, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Linton C. Richard, and
     step-granddaughter of Bessie G.Richard.
         She is a graduate of Edward Douglas White Catholic High School and
     Nicholls State University where she received an Associate Degree in Child
     Development and Pre-School Management.
         He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs.S. Bernard Whitney of  Houma, and
     Annie E. Gravois of Vacherie and the late Albert Gravois.
         He a graduate of E.D. White Catholic High School and attended Nicholls
     State University. He owns and operates Gravois Charters.

         Gerald and Nina Vice of Houma announce the engagement of their
    daughter, Brandi Anne Jarboe, to Dominic Paul Randolph, son of George Randolph
     and Cheryl Tipton of Houma.

         The future bride is a 1990 graduateof Ellender Memorial and a 2000
     graduate of Nicholls State University.

     Edmond Catholic Church in Lafayette.
         She is the granddaughter of the late Joseph C. Duet and Mary Duet and the
     late Clyde J. Boudreaux Sr. and Margie Vitte.
         She is a 1994 graduate of Edward Douglas White Catholic High School in
     Thibodaux and a 1999 graduate of the University of Southwestern Louisiana
     College of Nursing in Lafayette.
         She is employed by Lafayette General Medical Center as a registered nurse.
         He is the grandson of the late Earl Hollier Sr. and Rose Mae Holher and the
     late Harold Roy and Elsie Roy.
         He is a 1992 graduate. of Breaux Bridge High School and a 1999 graduate   
     of  the University of Southwestern Louisiana College of Nursing.
         He is employed by Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center as a
     registered nurse.
