Darlene Bernard of Thibodaux announces the engagement of her daughter, Amy Marie 
Andras, to Gregory John Portier, son of Gilbert and Gloria Portier of Houma.

The couple will exchange vows on Oct. 30, 2004.

The future bride is the granddaughter of Shirley Worley and the late Voris 
Worley Sr.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Marie Breaux, the late Francis Breaux, 
the late Otis and Ruth Portier, and the late James Savoie Jr.

He is employed by Coca-Cola.
