Mr. and Mrs. David Dies of Houma announce the engagement of their daughter, Amy Lee Dies, to Zecharai Tauzin, son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Tauzin of Larose.

The couple will exchange vows at 7 p.m. Oct. 29, 2004, at the VFW Hall in Houma.

The future bride is the granddaughter of Harold Acosta, the late Darlyne 
Robichaux Acosta, James Dies, and Gladys and Millard Molitor.

She is a 1998 graduate of H.L. Bourgeois High School.

She is self-employed as a Mary Kay independent beauty consultant.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Frank and Gladys Tauzin, and Bobby and 
Mary Stevison.

He is a 1996 graduate of Houma Christian School and attends Louisiana Technical 
College.

He is employed by Thibodaux Chrysler.
