Pat Babin and Janice Shaw of Houma, announce the engagement of their daughter, 
Jennifer Lynn Babin, to Ernest Anthony Bourgeois III, son of Mavis Bourgeois of 
Houma and the late Ernest Bourgeois Jr.

The couple will exchange vows in October 2004.

The future bride is the granddaughter of Gerald and Betty Mazerac, Ernest Babin 
Sr. and the late Betty Babin.

She is a 2001 graduate of South Terrebonne High School.

She is employed by Mary Kay.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Ernest and Ida Bourgeois and Armand and 
Enola Plaisance.

He is a 2003 graduate of H.L. Bourgeois High School.

He is employed by Crosby Tugs.
