Saturday, Sept.15, 2001, at Henderson Park Inn Bed and Breakfast in Destin, Fla. T'he bride is the daughter of Linda Guidry of New Iberia and Barry A Guidry Sr. of Houma. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ulysses P. Fanguy of Houma, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Mark A Guidry Sr. Parents of the groom are the late Darrell Eldridge and Mrs. Kathy Eldridge of Loreauville. He is the grandson of the late Gilman Gordron and Mrs. Velma Gordron of Loreauville and the late M r. and Mrs. John Eldridge. T'he Rev. William Robertson officiated at the double ring ceremony in which the bride was given in marriage by Jason Bayard. The bride wore a formal white silk shantung pleated full lenght gown accented with pearls and crystal beads along neckline, sleeve, waist and hem. Her matching headpiece was elbow length veil of illusion bordered with silk shantung banding. She carried an asymmetrical spray of white roses, light blue irises, delphineums and lysanthas. Serving in the wedding were Kelly Lewis Delcambre, matron of honor; Karen Guidry Wilson and Mindi Leigh Guidry, maids; and Sarah Elizabeth Wilson, flower girl. Steven Deleambre was best man;and Darren "Buzz" Eldridge, groomsman. A reception was given by the couple at Henderson Park Inn Bed and Breakfast in Destin. The four-tier traditional cake was decorated with flowers and accented with crystal beading. The couple will reside in Dallas, Texas CHERRY-BERGERON Michelle Lynn Cherry add Dale Joseph Bergeron Jr. were married at 7 p.m. Friday, May 4, 2001, at St. Francis de Sales Cathedral. The bride is the daughter of Gregory Francis Cherry and Phyllis Boza rth Garcia, both of Houma. She is the granddaughter of the late James Bozarth and the late Margaret Bozarth, and the late Gregory Roland Cherry and Francis Giglio Cherry. Parents of the groom are Dale and Catherine Bergeron Sr. of Houma. He is the grandson of the late Henry Joseph Bourg and Mrs. Nolian Bourg, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Alfred A Bergeron. Father Oscar Solis officiated at the double ring ceremony in which the bride was given in marriage by her father. The bride wore a long sleeve white gown of Italian Satin embellished with Battenburg silk lace cutouts. The pearl jeweled neckline accented the princess gown which flowed into a cathedral train adorned with satin roses at the waistline. Her headpiece was a tiara delicately sprinkled with pearls and crystals which held a double teired edged veil of illusion. She carried two dozen fresh white tulips hand tied by a sheer white shimmering organza ribbon. Serving in the wedding were Amy Marmande, matron of honor; Candy Adams, Sharon Bozarth, Lainie Boudreaux, Laurie Cash, Callie Landry and Michelle Logan, maids;Melissa Bergess, junior maid; and Miranda Cherry, flower girl. Jeff Adkins was best man; Ricky Daig nault, Tommy Glover, Yale Landry, Todd Marmande and Chad Maronge, groomsmen; Ryan Cherry and Terry Brown, ushers; and Thomas James Bourg Jr., ring bearer. A reception was given by the brides parents at Evergreen Cajun Center. The three-tier basket weave cake was surrounded by four smaller cakes topped with fresh Astromary's. The grooms cake was chocolate basket weaved topped with a fishing and hunting scene accented with a camouflage tablecloth. The couple will reside in Houma. FORET-KRAEMER Courtney Nay Foret of Houma and Roger Paul Kraemer of Houma were married at 11 a.m, Saturday, July 28, 2001, at Mulberry Baptist Church in Houma. The bride is the daughter of Mitch and Shari Foret of Houma and Ronnie and Lydia Voigt of Houma. She is the granddaughter of Elton Foret of Houma, Earl and Catherine Vice of Houma and the late Jack Courtney and Jewell Courtney of Houma. . Parents of the groom are Timothy and Robin Kraemer of Houma. He is the grandson of Chester and Deloris Kraemer of Houma and the late Randolph Callahan and Grace Callahan of Houma. The Rev. Delbert Terry officiated at the double ring ceremony in which t he bride was given in marriage by her father. The bride wore a-line strapless gown of white bridal satin with over-lay of tulle and pearls. Her matching headpiece of pearls and crystals held a double-tired fingertip veil of bridal illusion. She carried a bouquet of fresh pink roses and summer flowers accented with greenery. Serving in the wedding were Haley Kraemer, maid of honor; Gina Hebert, and Edie Boudreaux, maids; and Allyce Trapp, flower girl. Taylor Foret was the best man; Trent Loney and Kurt Boudreaux, groomsmen; and Taylor and Austin Bollinger, ring bearers. A reception was given by the couple's parents at Town Hall. The three-tier traditional cake was decorated with pearl accents and topped with a flowing satin bow. The groom's cake was a cheese-cake topped with fresh strawberries. The couple will reside in Houma.
