The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Gary J. McCulla of New Orleans and the late Mr. McCulla. She is the granddaughter of Celine B. McCulla of New Orleans, the late James Eagan McCulla, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert Henry Charles Weigand Sr. Parents of the groom are Mr. and Mrs. Clark J. Hebert of Houma. He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Francis Lemoine, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Louiso Hebert. The Rev. Joseph Palermo officiated at the double-ring ceremony in which the bride was given in marriage by her brother, Gary J. McCuUa Jr. The bride wore a strapless ivory Italian matte satin gown that featured a fitted corset bodice adorned with small crystals and pearls in a woven pattern and a chapel-length train. Her pearl and rhinestone tiara held an ivory fingertip-length veil of bridal illusion. She carried a hand-tied clutch bouquet of roses accented with berries. Serving in the wedding were Amy Mehrtens Dufrechou, matron of honor; Rhonda Jane Fogarty, maid of honor, Cherie McKevitt, Margarita Perez, Valerie Nolan, Kathleen McCulia, Kayla Hebert and Patrice Cancienne, maids; and Kelsi Kooke, Mary Claire Weigand and MeredithWeigand, flower girls. Jerry Filce was the best man; Jared LeBoeuf, Paul Gilliland, Rocky Weigand, Floyd Bonneval, Kevin Rodgers, Scott Funck and Jeff Gaudet, groomsmen; and Lynn Hebert and Blaine Duplantis, ushers. A reception was given by the bride's mother at The Rose Garden. The square three-tier ivory cake was decorated with Swiss dots and fresh flowers. The groom's chocolate cake featured a golf scene. The couple will reside in Metairie.
