The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Cyrus Champagne of Lafayette. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Champagne of Lafayette. Parents of the groom are Virginia Chauvin and Emmet Faulk Sr. of Houma. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Minos Faulk of Houma. The Rev. Howard Blessings officiated at the single-ring ceremony in which the bride was given in marriage by her father. The bride wore a strapless gown of white silk gazer with basque waist, full- pleated skirt and hem-lace border with chapel-length train. Serving in the wedding were Jennifer Champagne, matron of honor; Kathryn Stalter, Andre' Gerami, Nicole Williams, Suzan Sonnier and Ann McIentyre, maids; Sara Gerami, junior maid; and Rebecca Gerami, flower girl. Lee Sonnier III was the best man; George Fakier, Mark Chavez, Andre' Arceneaux, Bryan Blum and Emmet Faulk, groomsmen; Austin Faulk, junior groomsmen; Landon Champagne, ring bearer; and Kevin Faulk, Kyle Faulk and Benjamin Stalter, ushers. A reception was given by the bride's parents at the Petroleum Club in Lafayette. The couple will reside in Lafayette.
