J. Ayo Sr. Word was received here Sunday of the death of Mrs. Sidney J. Ayo Sr. in Lafayette. Mrs. Ayo, the former Miss Florence Meyers was a former resident of Ayo Plantation near Houma. Funeral services were held at St. Mary of Pamela Church in Raceland with interment in the Catholic Cemetery in Thibodaux. Mrs. Ayo is survived by her husband Sidney J. Ayo Sr.; two daughters, Mrs. G. P. Bonnet of Honolulu, Hawaii and Mrs. F. P. ___ (?Piccone?) of Lafayette; and one son, S. J.
