FLORENCE MEYERS AYO

Mrs. S. J. Ayo Sr.
Word was received here Sunday of the death of Mrs. Sidney J. Ayo 
Sr. in Lafayette.  Mrs. Ayo, the former Miss Florence Meyers was a 
former resident of Ayo Plantation near Houma.
Funeral services were held at St. Mary of Pamela Church in 
Raceland with interment in the Catholic Cemetery in Thibodaux.
Mrs. Ayo is survived by her husband Sidney J. Ayo Sr.;  two 
daughters, Mrs. G. P. Bonnet of Honolulu, Hawaii and Mrs. F. P. 
___ (?Piccone?) of Lafayette;  and one son, S. J. Ayo Jr. of 
Lafayette.

JUSTILIA NAQUIN BRUNET

Mrs. Justilia Naquin Brunet, age 61, died at the family residence 
at Point au Chien, Sunday, Oct. 20 at 1:25 pm.
Funeral Services were held at Sacred Heart church on Monday at 
2:30 pm with interment in Bisland cemetery.  Arrangements were by 
Chauvin Funeral Home.
The deceased is survived by the following children:  Mrs. Otis 
Guidry,  Eli Brunet, Mrs Clarence Dupre, Paul Brunet, Mrs Emma 
Brunet,  Wallace Brunet, Wesly Brunet and Mrs Norris Ledet.

ANNOTATION: Marie Justilia Naquin d/o Emile Naquin and Aimee 
Dupre; w/o Ernest Rene Brunet on 19 June 1905 Houma, civil.

BELDON CHAMPAGNE

Beldon Champagne died at the age of (?78?) on Monday, Oct. 21 at 
7:15 am at Theriot.
Funeral services were held on Tuesday at 8:30 am at St. Eloi 
Catholic church with interment at the St. Eloi Cemetery.
Arrangements were by Chauvin Funeral Home.
The deceased is survived by his widow and the following children: 
Westley Champagne, Mrs. Louis Freeman, Mrs. Eulace Theriot and 
Leon Champagne.

MARCELLE CYPRIEN GIROIR

Marcelle Cyprien Giroir died at the age of 87, Monday, Oct. 21 at 
1:10 am. 
Funeral Services were held from Chauvin Funeral Home to St. 
Francis de Sales Church on Tuesday at __ pm with interment in St. 
Francis de Sales Cemetery.
The deceased is survived by the following children:  Paul Giroir, 
L____ Giroir, and Xavier Giroir; also by the grandchildren and 
great grandchildren.

JOSEPH PAUL GRASSO

Joseph Paul Grasso, age 61, died Wednesday, October 23 at 4:30 am 
at the family residence 710 East Main Street.
Funeral services were held from Chauvin Funeral Home to St. 
Francis de Sales church Thursday at 4 pm with interment in the St. 
Francis de Sales cemetery.
The deceased is a native of Italy.  He is survived by his widow, a 
son, Paul Joseph Grasso and a sister, Mrs. Josephine Rae.

LEBLANC INFANT

JUDITH ANN LEBLANC, week-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wilson 
LeBlanc of Houma, died at Ellender Hospital on Friday, Oct. 18.
Services were held from the Terrebonne Funeral Home to St. Francis 
de Sales church the following day.  Interment was in the St. 
Francis de Sales cemetery.
The child is survived by her parents.  Mrs. LeBlanc is the former 
Miss Vivian Guidry.

FRANK TIVET

Frank Tivet a native of Terrebonne parish died at the age of 97, 
Sunday, Oct, 20, 5 am at Dulac.
Services were held at the St. Eloi Catholic church Monday morning 
at 10 am with interment in the St. Eloi Cemetery. 
Arrangements were by Chauvin Funeral Home.
The deceased is survived by the following children:  Steve Tivet, 
Frank Tivet, Noel Tivet, Mrs. Marillaire Bourg and Mrs. Paul 
Scott.
