ARCENEAUX Harry A. Arceneaux, 47, died at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at the Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh, Pa. Services were conducted from Chauvin Funeral home to St. Francis de Sales church here at 9:00 a.m. Mass. Interment was in St. Francis de Sales cemetery. He is survived by his widow, the former Miss Irene Pichoff, Jeanerette, three daughters, Elizabeth Arceneaux of Houma, and Elsie and Juanita Arceneaux of Jeanerette, three sons Harry Arceneaux, Jr. of Mobile Ala., Charles Arceneaux of Patterson and Carl Arceneaux of Jeanerette. He also leaves two sisters, Miss Thelma Arceneaux of Houma and Mrs. Evelyn Pike of New Orleans, and three brothers, Alex Arceneaux of Mobile, Ala., Albert Arceneaux of New Orleans, and Camille Arceneaux of New York City, and an aunt, Miss Hester Griffin of Houma. ============================ Submitted by: Nancy Wright The Terrebonne Press, July 10, 1949, page 5, col. 3 THEODILE DEROCHE, MRS. Mrs. Theodile Deroche, 86 years old died here Sunday, July 3, 1949. Religious services were conducted from Chauvin Funeral home to the Houma Heights Methodist church at 2:00 o'clock p.m. Monday, with burial in the Bisland cemetery at Bourg. Mrs. Deroche was the former Miss Elodie Boquet. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Ernest Matherne, Sr. and one son, Elie Deroche. =============================== Submitted by: Nancy Wright The Terrebonne Press, July 10, 1949, page 5 LUCIEN F. FALGOUT Lucien F. Falgout, 60, died at his residence at Bourg at 1:30 a.m. Wednesday. Services were held at 4:00 p.m. Thursday from the residence to St. Ann's Church at Bourg, with interment in the church cemetery. He is survived by his widow, the former Miss Cornelia Pitre, and four sons,Loris and Leroy Falgout of Bourg, Ellsworth Falgout of Montegut, and Ora Falgout of Marrero.
