MARGUERITE WRIGHT

Mrs. Marguerite Wright, fifty-seven-year-old former resident of Houma and 
resident of New Orleans for the past six years, succumbed on Friday evening at 
five o?clock following a lengthy illness.

Funeral services were conducted at St. Francis de Sales church on Saturday 
afternoon at four with interment in Magnolia cemetery.

Officiating at the services was Monsignor Joseph E. Wester, V. F. and her six 
brothers served as pall bearers.

Surviving are her daughter, Mrs. Betty Cocke Robinson, three grandchildren, her 
mother, Mrs. Ledie [Levie] Wright, two sisters, Mrs. F. G. LaRose and Mrs. Sarah 
Wright Sandoz of Port Arthur, Texas and six brothers: Thomas Elward Wright of 
Houma, Paul Wright of Baton Rouge, Connely Joseph Wright of New Orleans, Kenneth 
H. Wright of Franklin, Louis Druilhet Wright of Port Arthur, Texas and Robert R. 
Wright of Houma.
