Daigle Caliste Bourgeois Caliste "Cap" Bourgeois, formerly of Houma, died at his residence in Algiers on the 16th of February. He had been residing in Algiers for the past 30 years. He was 68 years old. Funeral services were held on Monday, February 17, with a Requiem High Mass at the Holy Angels Catholic Church in Algiers. Surviving are: four sons, C.B., Harold, Reynold and Rudy Bourgeois, all of Algiers; two daughters, Mrs. Eddy Hunn and Mrs. Frank Ruiz, both of Algiers. Also a brother, Frank Bourgeois of New Orleans and five sisters, Mrs. Duncan Brien, Mrs. Wallace Thibodeaux, Mrs. Villes Boudreaux and Mrs. Bessie Bonvillain, all of Houma and Mrs. S.H. Daigle of New Orleans. His wife was the late Alice Cantrelle. He was a brother of the late Peter G. Bourgeois, who was at one time sheriff of Terrebonne Parish. ========================== Houma, LA; Courier, Feb. 21, 1958 Submitted by: Cynthia F. Daigle Stella Breaux Miss Stella Lucille Breaux, 67 year old resident of Houma, died at Terrebonne General Hospital on Monday, February 17, at 7:50 a.m. She had been residing with her sister, Mrs. Annette Aycock of 508 Columbus St. Funeral services were held at 9 a.m. on February 18 at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church. The Reverend Andrew Frey officiated at the Requiem High Mass. Interment was in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 1 under direction of Chauvin Funeral Home. Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Annette Aycock and Miss Ellis Breaux, both of Houma. Also many nieces and nephews. Deceased relatives include three brothers, Henry, F.J. and V.J. Breaux and two sisters, Mrs. G.A. Ozenne and Mrs. B.L. LeBlanc. ========================== Houma, LA; Courier, Feb. 21, 1958 Submitted by: Cynthia F. Daigle Peter Falgout Peter Ruffin Falgout, 42, died suddenly at his residence in Grand Caillou on February 18 at 2:30 a.m. Funeral services were held at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, February 20 at Holy Family Catholic Church with Reverend Marcel Fourcade officiating at the Requiem High Mass. Burial was in Holy Family cemetery under direction of Chauvin Funeral Home. Survivors include his wife, the former Ella Pellegrin and four sons, Peter, Francis, James and Leroy. Also three brothers, Gary, Eustiede and Russell Falgout, all of Grand Caillou and two sister, Mrs. Nicklos Dupre and Mrs. W.J. Daigle Junius Moore Junius Moore died at the residence of his daughter, Mrs. Hazel Spence of 406 Morgan St. at 5:10 a.m. on Thursday, February 20. He was 72 years old Funeral services will be held February 21 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church where the Requiem High Mass will be celebrated. Burial will be in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2 under direction of First National Funeral Home. Survivors include: three sons, Langer Moore of Houma, J.P. Moore of Donaldsonville and Thomas Moore of Texas; three daughters, Mrs. Hazel Spence and Mrs. Ivy LeBlanc, both of Huma and Mrs. John Poley of New Orleans. Also 20 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. He was the husband of the late Clara Pellegrin and father of the late Mrs. Joe Herwig who died recently. ==========================
