Daigle Mandy Foret Billiot Funeral services were held November 16, from the Terrebonne Full Gospel temple, for Mrs. Henry Billiot, 60, who died at her residence, November 15 at 11:35 am. Mrs. Billiot was the former Mandy Foret and was born December 6, 1901. She was a lifelong resident of Terrebonne Parish. She is survived by her husband, five sons, Henry Billiot of Leeville; Antoine, Alfred, Clifford Billiot of Houma, and Albert Billiot, Grand Isle. Three daughters, Mrs. Ozema Verret, Leeville; Miss Irene Billiot, Bayou Dularge and Mrs. Dennis Dardar of Houma. Interment was in Prevost Cemetery, Grand Caillou, Chauvin. Daigle Ovelia Savoie Martin Funeral services were held Monday, November 19 at 10 am in Christ's Baptist Church for Mrs. Klabert Martin, 67. Mrs Martin died at her residence, 264 Grande, at 5 am. The deceased was the former Ovelia Savoie and was born January 25, 1895 in Terrebonne Parish. She is survived by her husband, two sons by a previous marriage, Norris Authement, Des Allemands, Clifford Authement, Westwego; one daughter, Mrs. Morris Blanchard of Bayou blue. Eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren also survive. Interment was in the Matherne cemetery. Daigle Guy Porche Funeral services were held Friday, November 16 at 3 pm at Donaldsonville, for Guy A. Porche, 80, who was claimed by death Wednesday, November 14, at 9:20 pm. He was the beloved husband by first marriage of the late Marie Simoneaux and by second marriage of Zelia Pintado, who survived him. He is survived by the following children: Mrs. Marie Ragan, Mrs. Floramae Kraemer of Thibodaux, Schuyler Porche of Austin, Tex, Robert J. Porche of New Orleans, Lt. Col. U.S. A. Retired Stanley E. Porche, Orlando, Fla, Mrs. Roselyn Roy of Mansura, James E. Porche of Gonzales, Miss Edith Porche of Lafayette, and the late Albion G. and Zelie M. Porche. He was the brother of Mrs. Rose Eschete of Houma, and is also survived by eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren. The deceased is a native of Houma, and a resident of Donaldsonville for many years. Arrangements were by Landry-Montz Funeral Home, Donaldsonville. Interment was in Ascension Catholic Cemetery. ============================================================================ Submitted by: Nancy Wright Houma Courier, Nov. 23, 1962, pg. 6, col. 8 Infant Succumbs Nov. 19 at TGH CHRIS ALLAN WALLACE, nine-month old son of Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Wallace, 409 Melrose, died at 3:30 p.m. November 19, at Terrebonne General. Funeral services were held Wednesday, November 21, at 9 a.m. from Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Interment was in the church cemetery. The infant is survived by his parents, two brothers Dana and Timothy, and one sister Robin Wallace. He was born Feb. 9, 1962 in Houma. ==============================
