Interment was in the church cemetery under the direction of First National Funeral Home. He was preceded in death by two brothers, the late Robert and Henry Breaux; and one sister, the late Mrs. Alfred Trahan. Daigle Monroe Hester Monroe Hester Dies Tuesday in Hospital - A lengthy illness took the life of Monroe Caspar Hester, 58, Tuesday, January 2 at 6 pm in Terrebonne General Hospital. Mr. Hester, a welder with the Texas Company for 22 years, resided at 1109 Short Street. He was a native of Dime, Ala., but lived in Terrebonne Parish for many years. Funeral services were held Thursday, January 4, 10 a.m., in the First Baptist Church. Burial followed under the direction of the First National Funeral Home, in Magnolia Cemetery. Daigle Clyde LeBlanc Clyde LeBlanc Dies Sunday in Thibodaux - Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, January 2, for Clyde H. LeBlanc, 63, of Rt. 2 Box 105, Schriever. The rites were said in the St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Chacahoula, with burial, under the direction of the Thibodaux Funeral home, following immediately in the St. Lawrence cemetery. Mr. LeBlanc, a lifelong resident of Terrebonne Parish, died suddenly at 1:30 a.m., December _1 (31?) in St. Joseph?s Hospital in Thibodaux, following a severe asthma attack. Daigle Susie Clay Henry Flu Claims Houma?s First Victim Monday - The local flu epidemic may have claimed its first victim Monday morning when Mrs. Susie Henry, 25, died at Terrebonne General Hospital. Mrs. Henry, the former Susie Clay, had been admitted to the hospital following a week long attack of the flu, with a high temperature and pneumonia. Although she was responding well to treatment, her family doctor said that she died of flue complications as well as a possible cardiac involvement. Dr. Saul Landry, Terrebonne Parish Coroner, said that she died of ?complications of flu?. Residing at 288 Stovall Street, Mrs. Henry was the wife of Coleman Henry, and was a native of Houma. Funeral services will be held at St. Lucy Catholic church on January 12, with burial following in New Rising Sun Cemetery under the direction of the Terrebonne Funeral Home. Daigle Robichaux Rites Held Wednesday in Montegut ^ Miss Octavia Robichaux, 79, died Tuesday, January 23, 5:05 a.m. in Terrebonne General Hospital. She was a resident of Rt. 1 Box 602, Montegut. A native of Montegut, Miss Robichaux is survived by one brother, Freddie Robichaux and one sister, Mrs. Edna Duplantis. She was preceded in death by three brothers, the late Leo, Philip and Felice Robichaux; and three sisters, the late Mrs. Angela Guidry, and the late Adele Robichaux, and the late Miss Celestine Robichaux. Funeral services were held Wednesday, January n of Falgout Funeral Home, Raceland, in the church cemetery. =======================================================================
