Daigle Claude Bonvillain Former Houman Dies Sunday in Maryland ^ Capt. Claude A. Bonvillain, retired, died Sunday, April 7, at 2 p.m., in Bethesda Naval Hospital in Maryland. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. A.W. Bonvillain of this city and spent his boyhood here. The body was cremated and interment will be in Arlington National Cemetery, Washington, D.C. at a later date. He is survived by his wife, Laura, and four grandchildren. Also by one brother, Donald of New Orleans; and two sisters, Mrs. R.L. Hodges of New Iberia and Mrs. William J. Hoffman of Raleigh, N.C. Daigle Adele Fanguy Houma Woman Dies At Home Wednesday P.M. ^ Mrs. Ivy Fanguy, 58, the former Adele Brunet, died Wednesday, April 10, 4:45 p.m., at her residence in Houma. She is survived by her husband; two sons, Charles and Donald; four daughters, Iris Theresa Fanguy, Mrs. Elaine Bueche, Mrs. Lois Fakier, and Mrs. Evelyn Baker; three sisters, Mrs. Victoria Vital, Mrs. Alphonse Hebert, and Mrs. Postin Champagne; three brothers, Ellis, Ernest and Maurice Brunet; and 22 grandchildren. Funeral services were held Thursday, April 11, 2 p.m. in St. Gregory Barbarigo Catholic church. Interment followed in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 1. Daigle Lydia Smith Smith Rites To Be Held Thursday P.M. ^ Mrs. Lydia Smith, about 98 years of age, expired Thursday, April 4, at the home of her daughter-in-law in LaMarque, Tex. She was a resident of 1311 Aycock Street, Houma. Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 11, 2 p.m., in Rock of Ages Baptist Church. Interment, under the direction of Gertrude-Geddes- Willis Funeral Home, will be in Deweyville Cemetery. Daigle James Voisin Voisin Rites Held Saturday in Theriot ^ Funeral services were held Saturday, April 6, 2:30 p.m. in St. Eloi Catholic Church for James Paul Voisin, 38. He was a resident of Star Route, Box 32B, Theriot. Interment was in St. Eloi Cemetery under the direction of First National Funeral Home. Mr. Voisin died at 12 midnight, April 5 in Terrebonne General Hospital. She was a resident of 1008 East Main Street. The services were held in St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church with burial following in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 1. Arrangements were by Chauvin Funeral Home. Mrs. LeBoeuf is survived by two sons, Elgin and Curtis, both of Houma; one daughter, Mrs. John H. Mr. Billiot, a native of Terrebonne Parish died at 8:55 p.m., April 23, at his home, Box 485, Rt. 1. Daigle Ralph Hutchinson Mr. Hutchinson Dies Monday At His Home ^ Ralph Enis Hutchinson, 40, chief mechanical engineer at Terrebonne General Hospital for the past thirteen years, died following a lengthy illness at 1:50 p.m., April 22, at his home on Bayou Blue. A native and lifelong resident of Terrebonne Parish, Hutchinson is survived by his wife, the former Rosie Sonnier; four sons, Sidney, Dean, Timothy and Robert, all of Bayou Blue; one brother, James of Houma; and one sister, Mrs. Curtis Olivier Jr.; and his mother, Mrs. Angela Voisin Hutchinson of Houma. Funeral services were held Wednesday, April 24, 10 a.m. in St. Louis Catholic Church, Bayou Blue. She was a lifelong resident of Terrebonne Parish, and is survived by her estranged husband, Elie Harris; her mother, Mrs. Mahalia Lewis; one son, Charles Burns; two daughters, Miss Delores Harris of New Orleans and Eulia Mae Bur ns of New Orleans; three brothers, Ernest Lewis and Carney Lewis, both of Houma; and Henry Lewis of Fort Bliss, Tex.; two sisters, Mrs. Nora Jackson of Houma and Miss Bertha Lewis of Houma, and two grandchildren. ===============================
