Aimee Savoie
 
Aimee Ordogne Savoie, native of Thibodaux and resident of 221 Polk St. in Houma 
died yesterday at 9:30 a.m.  She was 93 years old.
Visitation at Chauvin Funeral Home is now in progress and will close at 11 pm, 
resuming tomorrow at 8 am until funeral time.  Funeral services are scheduled 
for Friday, March 18 at 10 a.m. at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church with 
interment following in St. Joseph Cemetery in Thibodaux.
She is survived by son Walter Gobert of Jacksonville, Fla; daughter, Mrs. Helen 
Gobert Walker of Houma; 3 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and 3 great 
great grandchildren.
She was preceded by two husbands, the late Joseph Gobert and the late Frank 
Savoie; parents, the late Augustin Ordogne and the late Mathilde Andras 
Ordoyne; sons, O'Neil Gobert, Wallace Gobert and George Gobert; 3 sisters and 3 
brothers.

Ida Mae Wampler
 
Ida Mae Wampler, a native of Crowley and resident of Rt. 1 Box 456-Z in Houma, 
died yesterday. She was 56 years old.
No funeral visitation services are scheduled.
She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Jerry Zaskoda of Houma; one brother; four 
sisters and three grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents the late Williton Roy and the late 
Mary Robin Roy.
Arrangements are being handled by McCleary Funeral Home.
