Louise Pitre, 91, a native of Larose and a resident of Westwego for 58 years, who died at 5 p.m. Thursday. She was the wife of the late Joseph Pitre; mother of Mrs. Leatrice Poche and the late Norma Roberti; sister of the late Eugene, Edmond, Clay, Henry, Armond, Octave and Elise Ledet. The funeral is 2 p.m. today in the Hartman Henderson Funeral Home Chapel, Brookhaven, Mississippi. Burial is in Rosehill Cemetery. Survivors include her husband, W.C. Shepherd; two brothers, Arthur R. and Narie J. Hotard; and three sisters, Mrs. Adrian Savoie, Mrs. Kate Gros and Mrs. Bonnie Talley. She is preceded in death by two brothers, Isaac and Clifford Hotard; and four sisters, Mrs. Isabel Waller, Mrs. Ledie Clouatre, Mrs. Justillia Hebert and Mrs. Fannie Sills.
