Kramer, 85, who died Wednesday at 1:40 p.m. at East Ascension General Hospital in Gonzales. Interment was in Holy Rosary Cemetery in St. Amant. A native of Kraemer and a resident of Sorrento, he was the husband of the late Mary Ourso Kramer; father of Mrs. Windom J (Lorena) Gautreaux, Gonzales, Mrs. Dewey (Enola) Delatte, Mrs. Wilton (Bertha) Leblanc, John Kramer, all of Sorrento, and Roland Kramer Sr., Crossville, Ill; brother of Ozone Kramer, Kraemer; half brother of E.J. Daigle THEODORE HOUCK A prominent oil executive and father of a Houma resident died recently of an apparent heart attack in a Tokyo airport. Theodore B. (Ted) Houck, 69, the Parker Drilling Company vice president who managed what is believed to be the first foreign drilling operation in the People's Republic of China, died Sept. 14. Houck, a 44-year Parker veteran, had managed the company's China operations since 1980. He and his family had moved to Peking. His professional career earned him a reputation for being an international troubleshooter and in 1969 he became the company vice president. Survivors include his wife, Anne of Haskell, Oklahoma; three daughters, Mrs. Donald Chauvin of Houma, Mrs. Leonard Burton of Arlington, Texas, and Carla Houck of Haskell; two sons, Ted J.
