Sadie Guidry Crochet   Houma Courier Deaths, 1983, page 38 [March 25, 1983]

Sadie Guidry Crochet, 75, a native of Houma and a resident of Montegut, died at 
9:05 p.m. Thursday.

Survivors include: three sons, Lloyd Crochet of Houma, Floyd Crochet of Pointe-
aux-Chenes and Junius Crochet of Theriot; two daughters, Mrs. Albert (Vesta) 
Besson and Mrs. Leward (Helen) LeBeouf, both of Montegut; four brothers, Eli, 
Wilson, Thaddeus and Louby Guidry, all of Houma; two sisters, Mrs. Harry 
(Lorena) Giroir of Houma and Mrs. Russell (Ula Mae) Guillot of Marrero; 15 
grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by: her husband, Julian Joseph Crochet; her parents,
Lydia Hebert and Ovide Guidry; three brothers, Anthony (Tony), Jesse and Junius 
Guidry; and one sister, Mrs. Nolan (Lovinia) Dugas.
